Wednesday evenings class, Reading the Bible Together, begins January 28th at 6:30pm.

 

Reading the Bible together is a course designed to survey the Old and New Testament while giving practical skills for Biblical Interpretation. This discussion based course is valuable for those who are learning to read the Bible for the first time and for those who have been reading it a long time to learn to read it afresh.

Taught by Ed Parish, with help from Cole McClure, this course will feature lively discussion and engagement with Biblical texts from Genesis through Revelation with an emphasis on how to read the Bible well. This course requires a level of commitment as concepts build and trust with peers will lead to fruitful dialogue. If you are interested and able, please register for the course and make a plan to attend regularly.

This study will be on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm beginning Jan. 28th. We will not meet on February 18th for Ash Wednesday. This class will continue through the year with some breaks that will be announced as we go along. Join in at any time.
